Hey girls! Before booking, please thoroughly read all relevant information..
In order to secure your appointment, a £15 NON REFUNDABLE deposit must be
paid in advance via Pay Pal. Failure to do so will mean you do not have an appointment. The remainder of
your balance should be PAID IN CASH
Late Policy
Following the 15 minute grace period, is a £10 late fee. If you haven’t been in touch regarding your lateness, your appointment will be cancelled after
20 minutes. Please plan your journey ahead & update me in case of any delays.
Rescheduling & Cancellations
As I know unexpected things can happen, clients can reschedule appointments up to 48hrs before their appointment, After this rescheduling, clients can not reschedule again, and a new deposit will have to be paid for another appointment. Please do not attend your appointment if you are ill, or have been exposed to any contagious illnesses. Let me know as soon as
possible. No shows without notice will automatically be banned from booking
Refunds
All bookings are final and there is a no refund policy once your appointment has been scheduled. Please contact me within the first 48 hours of your appointment should you have any concerns otherwise any issues will be
down to maintenance and I will no longer be liable
Infills
Clients must book infills 2-3weeks after their appointment. A minimum of 50% of must be on. Anything less will be classed as a full set. I DO NOT
INFILL OTHER LASH TECHS WORK
Emergency Slots
If your desired date or time is unavailable, do not hesitate to contact me via email. State your preferred date and time and I will
accommodate where possible, with an extra charge of £15.
